Texas Health and Safety Code § 481.115(c) covers knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance listed in Penalty Group 1 or Penalty Group 1-B — unless obtained directly from or under a valid prescription or order of a practitioner — in an aggregate weight, including adulterants or dilutants, of one gram or more but less than four grams.
