What “MAN/DEL CS PG 1 < 1 G” means

Texas Health and Safety Code § 481.112(b) is the lowest weight bracket of the Penalty Group 1 manufacture-or-delivery statute. The State must prove that the person knowingly manufactured, delivered, or possessed with intent to deliver a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1 — which includes cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, and oxycodone, with fentanyl now handled under separate Penalty Group 1-B provisions — and that the aggregate weight, including any adulterants or dilutants, was less than one gram. "Deliver" means an actual or constructive transfer to another person and includes offering to sell; possession with intent to deliver requires care, custody, control, or management of the drug together with intent to transfer it. This under-one-gram variant is a state jail felony, and the quantity element alone separates it from the higher brackets in subsections (c) through (f).
