Texas Penal Code § 31.04 defines theft of service, abbreviated THEFT OF SERV on court records. This variant, § 31.04(e)(4), is the state jail felony tier alleging the value of the service obtained was at least $2,500 but less than $30,000; amounts obtained under one scheme or continuing course of conduct may be aggregated.
